This 10 minute guided meditation  is designed to help the listener to learn to meditate while focusing on breath awareness.

The breath is an essential tool for meditation because it helps us focus our attention on our body and our mind.

Your breath will tell you immediately whether your mind is calm or agitated.

Breathing exercise connect body and mind and breathing deeply activates the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the relaxation response to take over.

If you learn to balance your breathing, you can balance your mind and emotions as well.  When you breathe better, you live better.

Suitable for beginners and advanced meditators alike.
